Marks a method as a listener for the given event (or wildcard pattern).

The method is automatically registered during onModuleInit by EventEmitterExplorer — no extra wiring is required.

Parameters

event	string | symbol	Event name, wildcard pattern ("order.*", "**"), or symbol.
options	OnEventOptions	Optional configuration.
